​Terms & Conditions: Gift Certificates & Packages

1. Purchase and Redemption

• Non-Refundable: All sales of gift certificates and packages are final.

• No Cash Value: These items cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

• Service Specificity: Packages are valid only for the specific services listed at purchase.

• Exclusions: Gift certificates cannot be used to buy other gift certificates or packages.

• Additional Costs: Clients must pay any remaining balance if a service costs more than the certificate value.

2. Expiration and Validity

• Package Expiration: All 10 session packages expire exactly a year and a half (545 days) from the purchase date. All 5 session packages expire exactly a year (365 days) from the purchase date.

• Gift Certificate Expiration: Gift certificates have no expiration date.

• Unused Sessions: Any unused package sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Policy Enforcement: All bookings made using packages or certificates are subject to our standard 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Late Cancellations: Canceling late or missing an appointment will result in the forfeiture of that package session.

• Certificate Deductions: Late cancellations or no-shows for gift certificate bookings will result in the forfeiture of that session.

4. Transferability and Sharing

• Packages: Packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be transferred or gifted to another person prior to redemption.

• Account Locking: Once a certificate code is applied to a client profile, it cannot be transferred to another user.

5. Policy Changes

• Right to Modify: The Light Seer LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

• Notice: Modified terms will become effective immediately upon posting to our booking page.
